Search engine marketing is the process of encouraging users to click through to your website, using Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS). There are two areas of the search engine where your website can appear:

  • Sponsored listings - The top positions in sponsored listings are reached through Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising
  • Natural listings - The top positions on natural listings are achieved mainly through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Both of these processes require an in-depth knowledge of your potential clients and the words they use when searching for your type of products or services. This information can be found by researching user behaviour and by looking at what your main competitors on the SERPS are doing. Again, we can help you with this.

Keyword research reports

We can provide detailed information on the different words and phrases that people use when looking for specific products and services. We can check with your customer which products or services they want to push during the search engine campaign, and a list of their top perceived competitors in the SERPS.

We will then provide a report that lists the keyword phrases related to each product or service and details of the best ones to use with either PPC or SEO.

Automated position reporting

We can provide you or your customers with reports on your performance in the search engines for any given list of keyword phrases. We can also advise you as to how you could improve your position.
