Getting your message across
Email marketing is one of the most cost-effective ways of reaching and attracting potential customers. If used correctly, it can really pay dividends. However it can be a minefield, but don’t worry – we can help!
Getting through SPAM filters
There’s no point in crafting the most beautiful email with the most powerful message if it never makes it to your prospect’s Inbox! It may just disappear into their SPAM folder (which very few people bother to check). No-one can guarantee that email messages will get through, but we can give your customers the best chance possible - by running their emails through our simulation software. This emulates common SPAM filters and flags up any rules that are being broken.
Checking the effectiveness of your message
Ultimately, the best way of evaluating the effectiveness of any marketing message is to track sales. However, you can gain useful insights into user behaviour by tracking open and ‘click through’ rates on the emails they send.
We can take your database of contacts and their email and send it through our software. We will then provide a report showing approximately how many people opened the email and how many of those then clicked through to their website or other resource. This report can be used in conjunction with statistics from previous emails to build a profile of potential customers. It will help to identify the types of message that are most effective at stimulating the interest of prospective customers.
Displaying your email correctly
Emails can be viewed on many different types of viewing platforms (known as email clients) - from web-based services like Hotmail or Gmail through to corporate software such as Outlook 2007.
This can be a real minefield - but we have loads of experience in this area and can guide you and your customers safely through it. We can point out common pitfalls and even test emails we build against the following programmes to ensure that any message is always viewed in the way it was intended:
